Cascina Veneria in Lignana has earned its place as one of the best rice farms in Italy. With over 700 hectares of land, it is the largest rice farm in the area. They cultivate many different varieties of rice and the entire production process is carried out and controlled on the farm. The rice is cultivated using biocompatible techniques, therefore fully respecting the environment.
