Al Dolce Forno is a well known deli and patisserie near Pistoia in Tuscany, run by two brothers, Riccardo and Massimiliano Lunardi. Between them they have continued producing the traditional Tuscan delights from the shop started by their father in 1966, as well founding their own chocolate company, La Molina, making aromatic chocolate that is recognised across the world.
