Fonterosa follow recipes that have been passed down through the generations to produce a range of preserved fruits and vegetables. They firmly believe in the tradition that produce grown in the summertime should be preserved in jars and used throughout the winter. They select only the highest quality fruit and vegetables from surrounding farms in the Piemontese countryside.
