Salame Lardellato 100g sliced
This is a traditional type of salami from the Marche region. It is made using the best cuts of pork mixed with pieces of fat that have been tossed in sea salt which is then air dried for at least 2 months. It is deep red in colour with a delicate aroma of cured meat. A perfect addition to any antipasto, along with other cured meats and cheeses.

The Salumificio del Conero are a group of artisan butchers and meat curers with a wealth of experience. They pride themselves on using only the finest quality pigs, all from the Marche region, but many from their own livestock. Their salamis and other meats are produced using closely guarded traditional recipes that have survived for generations.
