Traditional Bolognese Ragu 180g
This traditional Bolognese sauce is probably the best we have tasted. It’s made using a mixture of the finest Italian pork and beef, which is added to a base of carrots, onions and celery and then slowly cooked for three hours.

All of the ingredients are natural and no artificial preservatives are added. The result is a fantastic, rich sauce that really offers a taste of tradition. This jar is enough to serve 2 people. Try it with the tagliatelle or pappardelle by Pasta di Aldo (see Pasta & Rice section) for an authentic Bolognese meal.
