Rice Biscuits 200g
These tasty biscuits are made from a recipe that dates back to the 1800s, using a mixture of rice and wheat flour. They were prepared on special occasions, such as carnivals and christenings, but mainly for weddings. They are light, crisp and not too sweet. Try them with a glass of dessert wine, such as Cherry wine or La Giuggiolone (see Drinks section).

About the Producer
Cascina Veneria in Ligana has earned its place as one of the best rice farms in Italy. With over 700 hectares of land, it is the largest rice farm in the area.
