Terra Di Siena Extra Virgin Olive Oil 500ml
The olives used in this oil are hand picked and are pressed in a nearby oil mill. This guarantees immediate pressing and low temperature oil extraction, which is an essential condition for a quality product. This oil is intense yellow in colour with light touches of green. The aroma is characterised by fruity touches of white apple with clear hints of fresh grass. It has a balanced spicy bitter tone in taste and has rich sweet notes of unripe tomato and pine nuts.

It is excellent to use on marinated sardines and mackerel, delicate mushroom salads, pasta with shellfish, soups and roasts.
