We are Danilo and Alison Trozzi, Italian chefs who have trained and worked in Italy and now live in the UK. Like all Italians, we understand the importance of great ingredients and we believe that Italy produces some of the best foods and ingredients in the world – born of centuries of tradition and a passion for quality and taste.


Some of Italy’s very best producers are small-scale and rural – their produce may reach only the nearby villages, and often has never been tasted outside of Italy. We are regularly touring our home country from north to south to find the best specialist producers of the very best products Italy has to offer. We want you to be able to enjoy these wonderful foods too. So we provide information about the source of every product we offer, along with recipes and suggestions to help you enjoy them to the full.


Many of our products are completely new to the UK and exclusive to Delizioso, and we will also be offering some of our own homemade products, made to traditional Italian recipes.
